Lie on your belly and keep your hands under your shoulders. Push up with your arms and lift your chest off the ground & hold the pose.

Boat Pose (Navasana)

Sit on the ground with your legs extended towards the front. Lift your arms and legs up together, forming a V-shape. Hold the pose for several deep breaths.
